I have been counselling people through difficult issues for many years and have seen the transformative results when some of those people decided to take control of their own mindset. No-one can do this for you. Information cannot in itself change the way you see yourself. How you see or what you beleive about yourself can be the root of much unhappiness. Mindfulness practice is a proven way to help individuals achieve mental wellbeing and peace of mind. Helping you deal with fear, stress and anxiety is one of my core concerns. Managing your mind offeres a  practical tool and relevent resources for mindfulness to become a daily practice, where fulfilment in life will begin to dawn in you. Step 1

Decide to begin. An ‘I will engage with this’ is an attitude that is helpful to initiate the process. You can begin with just 3 minutes per day morning and evening. The first step is to learn to engage the gap between your thoughts. Mind The Gap!

Step 2 

Learning to deal with distractions. The most difficult thoughts that arise are those whose root are accusation, doubt and questioning.

Step 3

Experiencing the dawning of being loved, finding value and worth as you engage with the present moment. I call it ‘the gap between your thoughts.’ Here eternity touches time.

Developing and learning to live out of the present moment.
