Decide to begin. An ‘I will engage with this’ is an attitude that is helpful to initiate the process. You can begin with just 3 minutes per day morning and evening. The first step is to learn to engage the gap between your thoughts. Mind The Gap!

Learning to deal with distractions. The most difficult thoughts that arise are those whose root are accusation, doubt and questioning.
